On May 23, 2025, representatives from UNIQUE — Josh and senior technician Mr. Li — embarked on a one-week visit to Egypt, covering both Cairo and Alexandria. The trip was centered around technical upgrades, strategic collaboration, and on-the-ground market insights. The results were both meaningful and rewarding.

1. Technical Upgrade: Simplifying Laser Pocket Opening Machine Adjustments
The primary goal of this trip was to support our official distributor RADWAN in upgrading the base structure of laser pocket opening machines for two of their key garment factory clients.
The upgrade focused on:
– Simplifying the mold change process for different pocket sizes
– Improving machine stability and operational consistency
– Reducing manual adjustments and boosting production efficiency

On-site, Mr. Li completed the hardware upgrade and provided in-depth training for both RADWAN’s technical team and the client factories’ staff. The training covered mold disassembly, adjustment procedures, and hands-on application. By the end, participants were able to independently carry out mold changes for various sizes with precision.
The clients were highly satisfied with the results. The improved machine performance even attracted nearby factory owners to observe the demonstration, generating a positive promotional effect and reinforcing UNIQUE’s technical reputation in the region.
2. Distribution Network Engagement: Visiting Flagship Store and Local Dealers
In addition to technical work, the UNIQUE team visited RADWAN’s flagship showroom in Alexandria and met with three to four key sub-dealers in the region.

Face-to-face discussions revealed several key takeaways:
– Strong market response to UNIQUE products and high customer satisfaction
– Certain models are in short supply, with delivery times being a growing concern
– Distributors expressed a desire to speed up shipments to capture more market share
These visits strengthened our communication with partners and provided vital data to better align production and delivery schedules with real market demand.
3. Factory Visits: Understanding Performance and Identifying New Needs
Together with our distributor, Josh and Mr. Li visited multiple garment factories already using UNIQUE machines. These site visits helped us understand how the machines were performing in actual production environments.
Feedback from end users included:
– Excellent machine stability and reliable quality
– Interest in more automation-focused solutions for specialized operations

Several factory owners even expressed intentions to fully replace their existing machines with UNIQUE models in the near future — a clear signal of trust and satisfaction, and a strong motivator for our team.
Conclusion: A Successful Journey with Long-Term Impact
This trip to Egypt successfully addressed urgent technical issues while also delivering training that empowered both our distributor and clients to operate more independently. It deepened trust in the UNIQUE brand, uncovered valuable market insights, and laid the groundwork for future cooperation.
UNIQUE will continue to uphold its brand mission: Smart Service and Solution, providing efficient, stable, and trustworthy sewing technology solutions to clients around the world.
